Adam Mandolph a.K.A Taurus Noctavius is the man behind the MBE sound and with partner Chanzilla  present NoctaviusRadio.Com.

Born 4-29-71 Taurus is the older and inspirational leader of the group.
Taurus was bred to make music. Raised both in Oakland, Ca and Maui, Hi, he grew up in Oakland’s Black Theaters watching his parents act, sing, and dance before growing up loving to perform as well. In Maui, Noc found his love for rap music. In 1988 he teamed up with DJ Blast and molded what is now known as Chilltown Productions. Wow. Or should I say Whew!

Due to a series of unfortunate events the weekly NocRadio staff meeting didn’t happen this weekend, so we’re finishing the week with a lot of commas instead of periods. Negotiations for the next featured artist are still ongoing, but for very good reasons. But let’s cut straight to the jugular:
