Sacramento’s Hip-Hop Congress Chapter was established in the summer of 2006. Our chapter is one strong branch of a big tree in the Hip-Hop Congress network. The Hip-Hop Congress network is a 501 (c) 3 Non Profit Corporation. We have chapters nationwide as well as a few overseas.
