2009 is the Year of Change, and we chose President Barack Obama to lead that Change. This country has gotten so far of course that even rich white folks voted for a Black man with a quickness. There is no doubt this country is ready for something different when we sidestep a decorated war veteran and recognized prisoner of war.
But what does it all really mean? Is Barack Hussein Obama going to save America? We here at NocRadio are very interested in what’s in store, and our very own Doc Noctavius grabs the mic with a purpose to shed some light on the matter.
