Wow. Or should I say Whew!
Due to a series of unfortunate events the weekly NocRadio staff meeting didn’t happen this weekend, so we’re finishing the week with a lot of commas instead of periods. Negotiations for the next featured artist are still ongoing, but for very good reasons. But let’s cut straight to the jugular:
The Radio system is back to beta mode, with a lot of changes happening daily. So, you may notice the look and functionality varying as our beta-testers (and you) can take it through it’s paces.
So, yes, we’ve quietly introducing the RequestLine with barely a mention. Some of you may have already noticed that the Top 10 Chart to the right is now hyperlinked (as well as the latest rotation list). If you see the radio above, click on any of the song titles to see what happens. Yep, thought you’d like that. We’re implementing that feature throughout the website, so you can listen to an artist’s music while reading his/her profile. And that’s just the beginning.
Once the Noc crew can sit down and bang heads over the round table, we’ll have updates, including new featured artists, more local artis profiles and more. And don’t worry, we’ll also have new episodes up for all of our syndicated shows, including Floss’ Valley Boy Mix Show, the LBoogie Show, and of course, the Noctavius Show, including a better page to access the growing list of episodes once we’re out the gates.
Sacramento is doin thangs. Jaz & I were on the lightrail earlier today and we heard this kid just rockin’ Blap’s Berries & Cream like it was no tomorrow. Sadly, he was so into the music, he missed his chance at the cute Asian girl who was trying to find out what he was listening to. And as we got in to the house, was that Bueno bumpin on 103.5?! At this point, I’m expecting Doey Rock to be on the front page of the Sac Bee.

Rumor has it that The Wig Movement camp has something bubblin for y’all. Using words like “exclusive” and “original.” You know Kells is always coming up with creative surprises, so I can’t wait to see what she hits us with. You’ll be the first to know.
Speaking of rumors, did someone just mention something about NoctaviusRadio.com t-shirts? Where’s mine?? Fuck that, where’s my fitted cap & NocRadio jersey?! Black w silver trim, with “71″ on the back.
And hey, how come nobody picked me up for Pinky’s last nite? I heard my future baby mama was there with her twin sister askin about me.
